BioShield, on your Home Screen.
Open the homepage, explore services and manage your bookings from the BioShield app.
iPhone and iPad
- Open bioshield.co.ke in Safari.
- Open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen.
- Keep the name BioShield. If Open as Web App is shown, leave it enabled.
- Tap Add, then launch the shield icon from your Home Screen.
Safari uses the Share menu rather than the Android installation prompt.
Android and desktop
Open BioShield in Chrome or Edge and choose Install app from the browser menu when available. The button below appears only when your browser offers installation.
Updates and previous installations
When an update is ready, save your work before choosing Reload after saving. A connection is required for bookings, enquiries and management records.
If an old Home Screen icon stays unchanged, remove that shortcut and add BioShield again from Safari or your browser. Do not clear browser data unless you intend to sign out.
Staff: open the BioShield Admin installation guide to add the shield with a small clipboard badge. Your existing staff account is required. Some browsers may offer only one installation prompt for the main website and its admin area; follow the guide for manual options.
